TELEPHONE:

PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING

Before calling, have you emailed us?
When people call accused me for some direction particularly about what they should do legally it can take quite some time to explain the full situation. Our resources, particularly for phone calls are very limited and a short telephone call usually isn’t enough to fully understand your situation. For this reason, we ask that where possible you email us first with an outline of your case. This allows us to review your situation and, if needed, ask a couple of follow-up questions before arranging a phone call.

Please email us at enquiries@accused.me.uk or use the contact form below and allow us time to review and contact you.

Of course if you absolutely can not do this and you emotionally need our support now or need pointing in the right direction legally then call right away.

If the police have invited you to an interview, please call us immediately so we can help arrange a reliable representative to attend the interview with you (Take Option 1 on the menu). Don’t play the duty solicitor roulette game. Police station representation is FREE to all irrespective of income. We know the solicitors throughout England and Wales that care and can ensure that one of them is right there with you.

Please try to have available to tell us

  • The date and time of the proposed interview.
  • The police station.
  • Your name and contact phone number.
  • The name of the officer or police staff that contacted you.

Thank you for understanding.
