TELEPHONE:

Telephone Time
Trying to support people over the telephone is initially quite difficult. This is simply because hearing someone’s situation can take a long time and our resources are very limited. For this reason, we ask that you email us first or use the below contact form with an outline of your case. This allows us to review your situation and, if needed, ask a couple of follow-up questions before arranging a phone call.

Please email us at enquiries@accused.me.uk or use the contact form below and allow us time to review and contact you.

If the police have invited you to an interview, please email us immediately so we can help arrange a reliable representative to attend the interview with you. Don’t play the duty solicitor roulette game. Police station representation is FREE to all irrespective of income. We know the solicitors throughout England and Wales that care and can ensure that one of them is right there with you.

Please try to advise us of:

  • The date and time of the proposed interview.
  • The police station.
  • Your name and contact phone number.
  • The name of the officer or police staff that contacted you.

Thank you for understanding.
